We use professional equipment and wide angle lenses, in addition to the latest software to deliver outstanding image quality. Our photos utilize creative compositions, angles, and flow to truly convey the essence and feeling of your home. Our residential photo packages are offered exclusively for single-family homes and individual condo units that are located within the greater Los Angeles metro area. Each of our residential photo packages include a specific amount of time on location for your photo session and a maximum number of images shot during your session. All photo packages include interior and exterior photos (unless otherwise noted), Deluxe Image Editing, one set of high-resolution photos, and one set of MLS-optimized photos. All homes are shot as-is.

Quick Shot Special: Our residential Quick Shot Special offers the best value in real estate photography. It is available for any size single family home. Homes are shot as-is real estate style in the most efficient manner at our discretion. Homes are shot with little to no input from the client. Our photographers will choose the interior and exterior compositions. The home must be photo-ready when we arrive, with all lights on and all blinds open. The Quick Shot cannot be scheduled for unattended homes. The agent or homeowner must be present. There are no refunds, revisions, or reshoots for the Quick Shot. Client relinquishes all creative control to Pro Property Shots. Some conditions will apply. Contact us for full details and take advantage of this incredible deal.
PRO Photo Packages: Our PRO photo packages are available for any size single family home. Homes are shot as-is real estate style in the most efficient manner. Our PRO packages are traditional listing photos for residential properties. They are typically shot with a wide-angle lens from the corner of the room with some input from the client. They are not editorial or architectural photo sessions.
Editorial Estate Packages: Our editorial estate packages are available for any size single family home. Homes are shot real estate/editorial style with time allocated to capturing particular moments in your home, similar to what you would see in Architectural Digest magazine. This is a collaborative session as we photograph specific moments that the client requests. As each home is unique, the number of images shot during your allotted time frame will vary.
Specialty Photo Packages: Our specialty photo packages are available for any size single family home. Homes are shot as-is real estate style in the most efficient manner. Specialty photo packages include aerial drone photos, exterior only photos, exterior twilight photos, and sunset photo sessions.
Custom Photo Packages: We also offer custom photo packages for any size home. Our custom photo package is a unique photo session created specifically for your home. Custom options may include home prep, flash interior lighting, lifestyle/editorial, sunset/twilight, multi-hour sessions and more. Contact us for a quote on a custom package.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please note that multi-unit condo and apartment buildings are considered commercial properties. If you need photos for more than one unit of an apartment or condo building, please contact us for a quote on a commercial package. If you do not see a photo package on our pricing page that meets your specific needs, please contact us for a complimentary quote on a custom package.
Photo packages listed on our website are shot in natural light without any additional lighting. This may cause slight color variations in some of your interior images that will not be corrected in Photoshop without additional cost and labor. Clients, who desire optimum color accuracy for their interior images, should purchase a custom photo package with flash interior lighting.
